Ahhhh…. Good old Castlevania 2: Simon’s Quest. Everyone’s least favorite Castlevania…. but I dare to be different.
Despite what the Angry Video Game Nerd and most other retro gamers have to say, I love this game. In fact, I recently began speed running it.
What is better than seeing a game you loathe get destroyed in a speedrun??
Your 10 year old self wants nothing more than to watch me destroy this game… I know it.
Below you will find my current PB for the Castlevania 2: Simon’s Quest Glitchless Any% speedrun. There are quite a few areas where I could save some time. Mostly these time saving tactics come in the form of execution rather than routing. I simply have to get better!
